Perfect Order Fulfillment
We have 150 to 200 skilled technical workers, nearly 10 professional engineers, and over 10 quality inspectors, equipped with a first-class testing laboratory. In our four spacious production workshops, we have installed more than 100 sets of imported high-precision production equipment, over 30 precise testing instruments, and an advanced machining center. We are able to flexibly handle various order requirements, whether small batch or mass production, ensuring consistency in both quality and quantity in all deliveries.

Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
The Quality Department is independently responsible for inspecting and ensuring that all raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products comply with relevant quality and environmental protection standards. The department has a well-structured organization, including a Quality Manager and Supervisor, as well as IQC, IPQC, OQC personnel, and independent laboratory inspectors. They use advanced equipment to test materials and products, ensuring quality and environmental compliance.
Quality Control Procedures
The Quality Control team is led by the Quality Manager and consists of professionals who ensure the company's quality management meets high standards. The Quality Supervisor handles on-site issues and customer complaints. Incoming material inspection tests raw materials, process quality control monitors production, and outgoing inspection checks final products. Laboratory personnel conduct quality and environmental testing. This system ensures all quality aspects comply with the company's strict standards.

Our testing equipment is 80% imported and 20% local. The advanced equipment, mainly from Japan and Germany, ensures the accuracy of data.
